The Robinsons Offices segment consists of the development and lease out of office spaces. The Robinsons Hotels and Resorts segment owns and operates a chain of hotels in various locations in the Philippines. The Robinsons Logistics and Industrial Facilities segment represents the development and lease of warehouse and logistics facilities. The Integrated Developments Division segment focuses on strategic land bank acquisition, management, and exploration of real estate-related infrastructure projects. The Chengdu Xin Yao segment comprised of the development and sales of real estate projects in China. The company was founded by John L. Gokongwei, Jr. on June 4, 1980 and is headquartered in Quezon City, Philippines.
