It operates through the following segments: Plumbing & Sanitary, Electrical & ACMV, Toilet Rental, Investment Holding, and Others. The Plumbing & Sanitary segment provides plumbing and sanitary services that includes the design and installation of water distribution systems and pipe networks for sewage and wastewater drainage. The Electrical & ACMV segment relates to provision of electrical engineering services, which include the design and installation of electricity distribution systems, fire protection, alarm systems, communications and security systems, as well as air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems. The Toilet Rental segment comprises the rental and operating of mobile lavatories and other facilities. The Investment Holding segment consists of investment in associates and joint ventures. The Others segment involves the other activities which do not fall into the other activities of the other segments. The company was founded by Chua Kim Hua in 1977 and is headquartered in Singapore.
