It operates through the following segments: Repair and Redecoration (R&R), Addition and Alteration (A&A), Coatings and Paintings (C&P), and Others. The R&R segment consists of non-structural construction, improvements, and routine maintenance works. The A&A segment covers structural and infrastructure works. The C&P segment focuses mainly on coatings and paintings works. The Others segment includes commercial interior design, home retrofitting, landscaping works, leasing services, waterproofing, green solutions, maintenance and electrical service, projects, and construction management. The company was founded by Joon Lye Foo, Thong Huat Koh, and Cheng Lian Ng in 1998 and is headquartered in Singapore.
