Schlatter Industries AG engages in the operation of an engineering company that specializes in the resistance welding technology and in weaving machines for specialized purposes. The Welding segment engages in the construction of plants for the manufacture of industrial and reinforcing mesh, stationary and mobile plants for welding railroad tracks and freight truck axles, as well as radiators and other heat exchangers. The Weaving segment develops machines for the production of paper machine clothing and special fabrics. The company was founded in 1916 by Hans A. Schlatter and is headquartered in Schlieren, Switzerland.
