It operates through the following segments: Real Estate Investment Management, Alignment Capital Management, and Real Estate Operations and Warehousing. The Real Estate Investment Management segment includes sourcing and acquiring real estate opportunities and investments, structuring, and implementing investment products. The Alignment Capital Management segment is involved in investing in investment products alongside the clients. The Real Estate Operations and Warehousing segment focuses on building up a pipeline of assets and transactions to transfer or convert at a gain or premium into new investment products to be placed with clients. The company was founded by Ralph Winter, Thomas Landschreiber, Christine Winter, and Silke Hechler in 2006 and headquartered in Luxembourg.
