It operates through the following segments: Infrastructure and Environmental Protection, Real Estate, Consumer Products, and Comprehensive Healthcare Operations. The Infrastructure and Environmental Protection segment is composed of investment in toll road or bridge projects and water services or clean energy businesses. The Real Estate segment focuses on property development and investment and hotel operation. The Consumer Products segment manufactures and sells cigarettes, packaging materials, and printed products. The Comprehensive Healthcare Operations segment is involved in the manufacture and sale of pharmaceutical and healthcare products, provision of distribution and supply chain solutions services, and operation and franchise of a network of retail pharmacies. The company was founded on January 9, 1996 and is headquartered in Hong Kong.
