SAMCO, Inc. engages in the manufacture and sale of electronic parts manufacturing equipment. It operates in the following divisions: Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) Equipment, Etching Equipment, Cleaning Equipment, Other Equipment, and Others. The CVD Equipment division develops Liquid Source CVD for the formation of semiconductor films, insulating films, and metal films. The Etching Equipment division provides Inductively Coupled Plasma that uses high-density plasma. The Cleaning Equipment division includes devices that dry-cleans mounting and semiconductor boards without using a solution. The Other Equipment division offers special devices not mentioned above. The Others covers parts and maintenance services. The company was founded by Osamu Tsuji on September 1, 1979 and is headquartered in Kyoto, Japan.
