The fund provides an active exposure to equity, debt securities, commodities, currencies, various derivatives, and other ETFs, in the global markets. The fund has wide latitude regarding how much to invest in each asset class and their respective sector. This ETF is expected to be generally comprised of a diversified set of tactical, structural/secular and/or cyclical investment opportunities representing various risk factors. With its advisers full discretion, the fund could provide direct or indirect investments via other funds, or go long or short on equities, currencies and/or fixed income securities. In short, the fund can be attributed as a go-anywhere-and-do-anything asset allocation fund because of the full flexibility of the adviser with its investment choices. Such investment approach, however, could result in a higher portfolio turnover rate.
