The fund-of-funds provides diversified exposure to global equity markets outside North America. It gains exposure by investing directly in stocks or indirectly through underlying ETFs that are listed on North American stock exchanges. The portfolio is constructed using an active country, sector, and thematic selection process. Overall, the funds strategy seeks to identify changes in global ex-North America country fundamentals, politics or regulations, currency trends, investor sentiment, or a combination of these factors. The fund may invest in developed and emerging market stocks outside North America and cash and equivalents from Canada and other countries and regions, excluding the United States.
