2. EVENING STAR HAS BEEN MADE , which gives us confidence to SHORT THIS STOCK .
3. A BEARISH ENGULFING CANDLE has been made , which tells us to SHORT THIS STOCK .
BUT FIRST CONSIDER THE GLOBAL MARKET SITUATIONS .

3. RISING BANK RATES
4. RISING CRUDE OIL EXPORT DUTIES
