As per the Option Chain Analysis it is observed that 41000 Short straddles are deployed, due to the high volatility these short straddles are hedged with 42000CE & 40000PE. It is formed as Iron Fly (Iron Fly - Short Straddle with hedges).

I'm observing the range between 39900 to 41600 with volatility.
