BANKNIFTY has closed on a negative note with slight cut, closing is near day low. It opened with a decent gap up and tested our 1st buy target which was a PRZ area. Market exactly fell from the resistance zone. It also broke 10 o'clock range upside and gave small profit of 85 profits, later it broke downside and gave a good move.
Coming to Friday's trade setup, if index opens flat and a 5 Min candle closes below 38800 then we will short for the target of 38650 and 38550.
One short position can be opened from 39215 for the target of 39000 and and 38800.
For buying we need to wait till today's high- 39475 is broken and sustained in 15 TF. Upside targets will be 39615 and 39750.
In case of a big gap up/down, wait till 10 o'clock and mark the high and low of the trading range. Trade on this range breakout.
