A certain observation with BTCUSD
- On a 4Hr time frame draw all support & resistance area levels
- On a 15min time frame draw and observe trends up or down
- If a candle breaks out of the trend you can expect the trade to move in the opposite direction
- For example, if a long SELL candle breaks out of the trend lines , after the next 5-6 candles you can expect a reversal ie. a BUY movement
- If a short SELL candle breaks out of the trend lines , the size of the next candle determines the direction and size of movement
Same for a BUY candle
- From the break out of trendlines, wait for TWO candles to form. The direction and the volume of the movement would be according to the size of the candle
