Symmetrical triangle...Low Volume....Probably heading down....watch out!!! 9800 here we come

I'm just a newbie don't take my analysis for granted....do your research before you take any risk.
Comment:
As the symmetrical triangle extends and the trading range contracts, volume should start to diminish. This refers to the quiet before the storm, or the tightening consolidation before the breakout.
Comment:
with the bearish div shown in the Id scale....we might also get a uptrend breakout toward 15k or even 16k in mid Feb
