일반적인 플랫으로 IV 파동의 한 단계 낮은 A 파동의 저점(28.8k) 부근에 C 파동이 마무리되는 경우로,
유동형 플랫(Running Flat)의 발생 가능성이 낮다는 점을 고려할 때 가능성이 꽤나 높은 시나리오 중 하나이다.
