CHFJPY: The Short Trade Gave Profit - What Do You Need to Know?

It was the perfect trade against the main trend. After the impulse wave, the price bounced from the resistance. We got a reversal signal and a possible sell opportunity in the bullish market. As we had room for the short trade, it allowed us to use a good risk/reward ratio.

Haters like to write me that all my trades are wrong. For you, my dear friends, this is the perfect example that not all my trades are wrong. You just need to read my posts and understand what I try to explain.
It is possible to trade against the main tren. For this, you must have solid signals and room for the price movement in your direction. In this example, the price moved too far from SMAs and the uptrend line. We could expect to get a deep correction or a trend reversal.
With good risk/reward ration, like in this example, you can have win rate like 50% and make a very good profit. What does it mean to have 50% win rate? It means that from 10 trades, you can close 5 trades in profit and be a profitable trader.

This pattern is not unique. It is simple, and everyone can use it in any market and any timeframes. With the proper risk and money management, it will be profitable. But if you search for trading strategies with 90% win rate, this method is not for you.
