In the last 10 year time frame i.e. from September 2013 till September 2023 Nifty reality Index advances approximately 280% where as Brigade Enterprises advances over 1500%, Godrej Properties over 800% and Pheonix Mill over 700% as compare to Nifty Reality Index, were emerges as clear winner, as compare to market bigboy DLF emerges only 300%.
