No Naked put/call buy /sell .

Following is the strategy :

Buy 300 March call @ 5/5.25
Sell 310 March call @ 3 (if possible )or 2.75

Just buy /sell 1 lot , No naked buying of 5-10 lots of 300 March call bcas it's at 5 , stay away from such temptations.
Its best way to loose money in market.

Right now coal India spot is 308 and march 300 call is available at 5.25 .
Folks this is a classic case where market (options writer) have advance information about some news which will pull down the price of stock.

Information about announcement of big dividend to government happens generally in March,So Lets wait and watch .

Anyways we have calculated risk of 2 to 2.5 rs on 1 lot.So hold on to this.
