Possible short sell set up

I am looking stock to move till the Top of TL and brake it( near 210) , once the Top TL brake with reversal sign i am looking for short sell
1st Target would be 198, then there will be some side ways after that for another brake down side is possible ,
My long term short side goal is 185/188
