Russia began its invasion of the Ukraine yesterday. The S&P 500 reacted to this news by going down while this invasion is still going on we are seeing buyers coming in at lower levels and it closes above its opening price. Who are these buyers? Are they entering the market because it felt so cheap that it was attractive to enter the market. The sellers who 1st sold the S&P because of the uncertainty of this invasion where did they go? Are those sellers buying their positions back? And we have a Friday, do buyers want to go home long this market wonder so much uncertainty in the air and something over the weekend could easily turn this right back down. Caution is the operative word under these market conditions. Unless we have new news I'm looking for an inside day as the market stops to catch his breath before the weekend.
