緑の三角保合から黄色のレンジに移行してますね。
今はレンジ内でのトレード、もしくは抜けた方へついていくのが良さそうです。

上抜けた場合は直近の高値の164円付近、その上は164.5円付近がターゲットになりそうです。
下抜けた場合は、162.6円付近、162円付近がターゲットですね。

わかりにくい動きをしてる時は、自分んが得意な形になるまで待つのが◎
それが損失を減らす方法です。
