Hcash price went up over 40% today on TOPBTC. I suspect the recent token swap is the cause for the price rise. However, I would also be careful because the price rise is only showing on TOPBTC and Bithumb. Until Binance shows the price rise I would just stay on the sidelines and watch the market.
