Weird things happen on NEO this evening. As if someone was trying hard too cool down the NEO price and was doing that in a very obvious way... Descending sell walls and then immediate selling whenever the price tries to move up or showing much coins they could possibly sell to scare people off and then vanishing... what is going on? (Of course on 1h time frame everything looks neat)
