NIFTY has formed a bullish engulfing candle in daily TF. It opened gap down at our target 16260 and took support from our support zone and headed towards 16490. 10'o clock range broke upside above 16340 and gave a momentum upside.
Coming to tomorrow's trade setup, we will long above if a 15 Min candle closes above 16515. Target will be 16570 and 16610.
For selling we need a 15 min candle close below 16330. Target will be 16250. Below 16240 next target will be 16160.
In case of a big gap up/down, wait till 10 o'clock and mark the high and low of the trading range. Trade on this range breakout.
