positional Short In NIFTY with the stop loss of 11930 for the target of 11750-11700

If you see the global market, hong kong market strong resistance @ 27150 and today it is not able to clear this resistance. Another side Dow has a major resistance @ 26150 to 26250, dow is also not able to clear its resistance.
Nifty is comfortable trade in is 2nd lower zone and sustaining. There is a heavy short position created at 11900 call writing.
Bank Nifty is also comfortability trade below its 20 DMA on the daily chart.
Everything micros are in favour of short.
My view will change only if today Nifty will close above 11900 and Bank Nifty will close above 31000
