Lets take advantage of high option prices bcas of volatility.
Strategy 1 :
Buy 10300 put 1 lot @ 58
Sell 10100 put 3 lot @ 31
Strategy 2 :
Buy 10400 put 1 lot @ 78
Sell 10100 put 4 lot @ 31
Look at daily RSI if nifty has to fall below 10100 before expiry where will RSI be ??
For strategy 1 :
Nifty expiry at 10300 or above it , we loose 58 point on 10300 put, we gain 93 point on 10100 put so net profit 35 point
Nifty expiry at 10000 we make 230 point on 10300 put , we loose 210 point on 10000 put so net profit 20 point
Any expire between 10300 - 10100 will bring more profits , similarly for strategy 2
