USDJPY PRICE STABILITY MANAGEMENT BY BOJ AND FED

Based on price stability measurement, the BOJ manages the medium-term exchange rate target zone for USD/JPY 16 % and wider than global monetarists' consensus for 15 % to assure the maintenance of the global and financial stability. Not known of what the response from the Federal Reserve Bank of New York on the under-pricing. In long-term, the USD/JPY monetary price stability for 60 % and in short-term for 6 %.

In medium-term, the USD/JPY is projected to be fluctuated interior the 6 % short-term price stability by matching her fluctuation with commodity currencies.

USD, JPY, EUR and CHF are investment funds and invested into, and liquidated from, the FX commodities, to include and not limited to NZD, AUD, CAD, GBP, KRW, SGD, and other in the market. Accordingly, the medium-term exchange rate target zone is the primary trading activity for USD/JPY, EUR/USD and USD/CHF by monetary method, and not recommendable to trade their daily, weekly, monthly, and short-term bands.
