USDJPY在7月FOMC会议之后区间震荡，其余非美货币都破位下跌。如果真实宣布Taper之后，美国利差一定会被继续拉开。提前埋伏在位置未涨货币对中更有优势。

风险点：今年无法Taper，美国经济非常糟糕，例如：信心指数直线下降，就业数据不好等。
