За курсом рубля наблюдаю по формуле (USDRUB_TOM+MOEX:EURRUB_TOM+MOEX:CNYRUB_TOM*7)/3 . То есть среднее 3 валют = (1 доллар + 1 евро + 7 юаней)/3 . 7 - поправочный коэффициент по уровню курса юаня. Примитивно конечно, но пойдет.
