The Reaction was at the Asian High since It wasnt swept and the move also came in early, Pre NewYork Session.Asian High and Swept The Asian Low.
The OB where price gave a reaction is a key level, on the M15, Engulfing OB, also last bullish candle before the down move.
Hence, significant POI.
