If this fractal plays out, targets would be near 12k for the short term. This is a very bullish fractal and a 3000 + point bull rally should proceed shortly after..... Im saying, IF this plays out.... we shall see.. if we fall below this fractal before it plays out im full on BEAR. and overall I am a BEAR in the current market.
