The Engineering and Design segment offers broad-based engineering, designing and IT services using a variety of client-partnership models for delivery. The company was founded by Sharad Kumar Madhoprasad Saraf and Sudarshan Kumar Madhoprasad Saraf in 1972 and is headquartered in Mumbai, India.
