TCS Holding IPJSC engages in the provision of online retail and SME financial services. It operates through the following segments: Consumer Finance, Retail Debit Cards, InsurTech, SME Services, Acquiring and Payments, InvestTech, Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) Services, and Other Investments. The Consumer Finance segment includes retail loans, deposits and savings, and lifestyles and travel services. The Retail Debit Cards segment represents customer current accounts services to individuals with loyalty programs, co-branded offers, and lifestyles and travel services to individuals. The InsurTech segment refers to insurance services provided to individuals, such as personal accident insurance, personal property insurance, travel insurance and vehicle insurance. The SME Services segment provides customer current accounts, savings, deposits services and loans to individual entrepreneurs and small to medium businesses. The Acquiring and Payments segment offers merchants and businesses the ability to process payments online using online and offline acquiring services, through direct-to-merchant agreements and aggregators. The InvestTech segment operates an online brokerage platform for investing in a range of securities including Russian and international securities. The MVNO Services segment offers full coverage across Russia and international roaming, including value-added options such as virtual numbers, music and video streaming services. The Other Investments segment represents investments in associated companies and equity instruments. The company was founded by Oleg Yurievich Tinkov on December 31, 1999 and is headquartered in Vladivostok Russia.
