The Joyvio Group segment operates mainly to engage in modern agriculture and food related business. The BIL segment offers integrated banking services, including corporate and institutional banking, retail banking, private banking, capital markets, etc. The Industrial Incubations and Investments segment focuses on the investment in the PE Funds and VC Funds as a limited partner and holds interest in the general partners of certain funds. The company was founded by Liu Chungzhi in November 1984 and is headquartered in Beijing, China.
