The Entertainment segment specializes in the operation of the Mediolanum Forum arena which hosts live shows and involves in the management of multi-purpose venues for music, shows and sport. The Art and Culture segment provides integrated services for the management, enhancement and conservation of works of art and precious objects. The Other Activities segment includes holding company functions as well as hotel and trade center operations. The company was founded by Pietro Bastogi on September 18, 1862 and is headquartered in Milan, Italy.
