The Clearing service segment includes mainly CCP clearing services and other clearing services. The Depository service segment includes depository and settlement services provided to participants in the on-exchange and OTC markets, OTC transaction registration services (repository services), collateral management services and information services. The company was founded on March 13, 1992 and is headquartered in Moscow, Russia.
