The Investment Products and Solutions segment offers financial products on an open platform basis providing portfolio and management services considering medium and long term risk allocation. The Financial Advisory segment focuses on the financial and strategic advisory services to entrepreneurs, corporate senior management teams, and boards of directors, focusing primarily on IPO advisory and M&A transactions. The company was founded in September 2009 and is headquartered in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
