MCI fundamentals

Barings Corporate Investors, a closed-end investment company traded on the New York Stock Exchange, invests in small and middle market companies. The fund provides financing in the form of mezzanine debt and equity for acquisition transactions. Its principal investments are privately placed, below-investment grade, long term debt obligations with equity features such as common stock, warrants, conversion rights, or other equity features and, occasionally, preferred stocks.
