The Real Estate segment involves in the design, construction, least, and sale of real estate properties such as residents, offices, shopping centers, and hotels. The Other Operations segment comprise of light-pulp trading; cotton yarn production and trading; insurance services; and holding operations. The company was founded by Feyyaz Berker, Ali Nihat Gökyigit and Necati Akcaglilar in 1956 and is headquartered in Istanbul, Turkey.
