The CONTSHIP Italia segment is composed of the business entities of the Italian CONTSHIP Group. The EUROGATE segment refers to the proportionate holding in the EUROGATE Group. The company was founded by Kurt Eckelmann on March 16, 1961 and is headquartered in Hamburg, Germany.
