Ascot Corp. is a real estate company engaged in three business segments. The Condominium Development segment is engaged in the plan and development of condominium apartments under its own brand name mainly in Tokyo. The Real Estate Solution segment is engaged in the the development and sale of leasing apartments and office buildings, the acquisition, remodeling, renovation and sale of rental apartments and office buildings, the real estate consulting business, the entrusted project management business and the property brokerage business. The Others segment is engaged in the investment in real estate funds operated by other companies, the leasing management and insurance agency businesses. As of September 30, 2012, the Company had one consolidated subsidiary and one associated company.
