The Flexible Packaging segment consists of modified atmosphere packaging, specialty films, and biaxially oriented nylon product groups. The Packaging Machinery segment refers to a full line of horizontal fill and seal machines for preformed containers and vertical form, fill, and seal pouch machines for pumpable liquid and semi-liquid products and certain dry products. The company was founded on September 29, 1975 and is headquartered in Winnipeg, Canada.
