This is a very straightforward trade. On macroscopic factors, the 10yr TFT Bond Yields are around a strong resistance and will likely witness a self off. This is bullish news for the stock market. Post a heavy budget correction of the budget gains and gap ups, I went stock specific to pick momentum on the strongest stocks. One of my favourite picks is Bharti Airtel and a quick trade could be made on March expiry for the momentum catch.
The massive volume around the closing indicates a bullish push to break the sideways channel. Although the RR isn't much good on T0, yet the likelihood is higher of a target. Keep the SL at 520 and go for a target of 551. We have 1;2 RR here. However, if you want to play it better, go with Apr Fut and ride the bullish ride for the targets marked on the chart with trailing SL 10 points below the previous achieved target line.
