CPI Should've taken us Above 1.07371 Daily Level ?

My expectations for EU Bulls and CPI data missed. Even though my bias is still Bearish on EU as long as we hold below 1.07371 on the 4hr, I Would've liked to see Bulls prove me wrong and take us up to the next 4hr level at (1.07625) This did not happen.
