HindCopper rally explained. Should you invest?

Long
NSE:HINDCOPPER   HINDUSTAN COPPER

If you look at the chart of HindCopper and other listed copper companies they look like they are on steroids.
Growing Demand for copper why?
As every one want to develop and push electric cars onto the roads, it requires 40 kg of copper for HEV, 60 kg of copper for PHEV etc..,
electric vehicles need more copper than normal combustion engine.

demand for copper is assumed to grow exponentially.
copper prices are on rise why ?
Imagine there is only 200kg of copper on this planet earth. But we need 400kg, then it is called copper "SQUEZZE".
why there is copper squeeze you may ask, because countries wanted to self-reliant, so to be self-reliant they need to build infrastructure build and manufacture need machines, manufacturing units etc.., to do this you need copper.

Above I explained only use in electric vehicles, but we need copper in every electric component, like electric vehicle charges, batteries, solar energy generators, now the latest trend to generate energy from renewable energy source we need hell lot of electric equipments for that they need copper.
on top of it copper is good conductor of electricity and cheaper but anyways now it is becoming costlier.

So should you invest in copper companies.?
well I can't answer that but please think in multidimensional way like what is the future and what is available what is needed. they you can decide whether to invest or not. You can select top copper companies in India, like the leader in copper industry.
