#JAGRAN (Radio City) .. Potential 2X opportunity
JAGRAN (Radio City, Dainik Bhaskar, DNA, Mid-day etc.) stock has been hugging the bottom since last year March month..
We are seeing great upward momentum.
Targets are marked on the chart and there can be an easy 2X opportunity on this within 1-2 years timeframe. Wait to close above 65 before investing.
Also, looking at the fundamental perspective a little -
So the revenue growth is slowing down since last 4-5 years and during pandemic it took a special hit. Stock decline started along with growth decline and hit the bottom during 2020. Recently, things have been looking better since last 3 quarters and that's the reason for this move up.
Price to book is at an attractive 0.76. Plus company has lot of value in real estate (property/plant) so in case of liquidation there is upside.
Only trouble is high promoter holding is pledged..but buying at this price should cover that risk as PB is pretty attractive, however book value is never the value quoted on balance sheet so be careful there and do your own research..
tgt 80 for quick profits (invest after BO, with volumes, close above 65).. 2X target is only for experienced investors who have the tenacity and determination to follow the stock regularly and who use appropriate trailing SL..because as I said there are risks associated with it..
