It recently acquired Technica Engineering Gmbh, Germany, Technica Electronics Barcelona S.L., Spain, Technica Engineering Spain S.L., Spain and Technica Engineering Inc, USA for Rs 640 crores. A fundamentally strong stock. I am bullish on this stock.
