In downtrend, if buyers have made a strong recent tail below value and current price rotations are now confined between the control and value high, The downtrend is ending. If it does end, breaking value area high and developing a higher value preceded by a buying initiative move, start looking for the new control. If somehow, the downtrend does not end but resumes complete rotations from the value high to the value low and back, return to normal trading behavior in a downtrend. Sell from excess above value to just below the control and buy in excess below value.
