Nasdaq: Bull ended, range just begun

Both technical and fundamental aspects align in this view:
The US markets bull may be ending soon and range have just begun.

Watch video for its technical reason.

For its fundamental -

There are 2 key areas of concern from Jerome Powell and he has been consistent with his statement in almost all the meetings:

1. Inflation -
“Inflation remains well above our longer-run 2 percent goal.” from Jerome Powell
My take: Current 4% is still double from 2% goal

2. Banking crisis -
“we haven't really… we don't know the full extent of of the consequences of the banking turmoil that we've seen.” from Jerome Powell
My take: 2007 started with 3 failed banks follow-by 25 failed banks in 2008
