原油価格は今年70ドル～80ドルほどで落ち着いた感じで推移していたが、5月に急落し直近の安値を割り込んだ。その安値はロシアがウクライナに侵攻する前の安値でサポートなり反発し再び元のレート付近で落ち着いていたが、6月に入ってから7週連続で陽線となり9月に入って90ドルを超えてきた。95ドル～97ドルを超えてくると売り勢力を焼きにいくよう更なる上昇ブレイクの可能性もみえてくる。
